About the event
Excited to finally kick off this seasonal cooking program with small-group participants, Food for Sharing, after a long period of experimenting!
Our first session is inspired by Chuseok, the Korean mid-autumn harvest festival centered on family gatherings, seasonal foods, gratitude, and sharing.
Among the many dishes traditionally prepared and shared during Chuseok, we will focus on making four kinds of Korean pancakes:
Kkochi Jeon (skewered pancake)
Hobak Jeon (zucchini pancake)
